For partners, dads, co-mothers, same-sex partners
Space is limited to three couples (six parents)
In honour of Father's Day & Pride Month, June admission is free for our couple lactation group! *Registration is required.The small-group format offers a warm, supportive space where expectant and new mothers come together to ask questions, share their challenges, gain insights about their baby, listen to their intuition, learn new skills, and grow their self-confidence.
Each session includes:
A brief and gentle check-in of your baby’s latch and suck pattern
Personalized tips to support whole-body feeding and comfort for both of you
Shared insights and encouragement within a warm community of mothers

All prenatal and postnatal workshops are open to expectant & new parents. Our wish is to equip you with practical skills to prepare for birth and to help you integrate your family’s birthing experience.

Enjoy connecting with other pregnant and new moms while sipping a nourishing hot or cold beverage of your choice, listening to gentle rhythms by DJ Azenya, all in a warm & cheerful space where your questions and reflections are welcome.
