Many expectant parents arrive here feeling a mix of excitement, vulnerability, and uncertainty. You may be preparing for birth and preparing for breastfeeding, navigating shifting emotions, or noticing old patterns surfacing as you step closer to becoming parents.

At Early Beginnings Wellness, we offer prenatal physical care and emotional support. Grounding nervous system regulation nurtures the mother and her baby and strengthens their bond. This helps cultivate and establish attunement before birth and prepares for early parenting. Feel yourself connected, confident and open to the birth process you will experience together.

How We Support You

Emotional & Nervous System Support During Pregnancy

Our work together during pregnancy is intended to support you with:

  • Reducing stress and nervous system overload

  • Feeling more emotionally grounded and resourced

  • Strengthening connection and communication as a couple

  • Preparing emotionally for birth, breastfeeding, and early parenting

  • Gently exploring fears, expectations, or past experiences that may be present

This support is about preparation, presence, and care during a vulnerable time of profound changes and transitions.

Integrative Modalities

Support is tailored to your needs and goals, and may include:






Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
to support nervous system regulation and prenatal bonding during pregnancy






Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology
informed support to explore emotional patterns, stress responses, and early experiences






Secure Attachment parent coaching
to strengthen attunement, be in alignment, develop important skills, & build confidence



Lactation Preparation
for optimal breastfeeding success and navigating postnatal recovery & transitions

BCST during pregnancy may be offered:

  • in person with Christina

  • alongside online support

  • or integrated with care from a local practitioner in your area if you’re working remotely with Christina

Small-Group 2 hr Workshops

From 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
For expectant parents and new parents
